MacOS Screen stuff
Suddenly screen sharing is easy...
I can't say I spotted when it happened, but screen sharing between Macs is suddenly really solid, if somewhat obtuse.
What seems to work best is to ensure file sharing is working and navigating to the remote host that way, before selecting screen share.
Equally, trying to get MacOS to use either native or HTTPS based VNC to connect to Linux servers has always been hit or miss, whereas now, just running xrdp and using the Windows app seems to be a much smoother way of connecting.
It's starting to make me think I ought to be enabling Tailscale more and running remote connections, but that seems to have its own bugbears. Maybe that's the next thing to sort.
